Look into to Calphalon Stainless Steel pans! They don’t have the plate at the bottom. It’s one whole piece. I always recommend them to people

Wow I am genuinely impressed you teach classes and also do your own workouts! Isn’t it super hard teaching several classes a day coz you also workout as you are teaching? My body would not be able to do several classes 😅

I’m not working out when I coach classes! It’s just a lot of walking and being on your feet for hours at a time lol

I was group x instructor for 15 years. I was up to teaching 12 classes a week, and I participated at the same time. If I didn't have such a heavy load, I would take classes on top of it. You kinda get used to it. Teaching vs. Taking are two completely different workouts. I could only do that heavy load for about 3 years until I started to feel the need to slow down.
