Hi guys! thanks everyone for the nice things being said, i appreciate and love all your comments and compliments! As i expected, theres many cultural appropriation comments. Henna, Mehndi, whichever you prefer to call it ( both are correct) is used in many cultures, countries, and by people all over the world, including me. I'm just an artist guys.. i do henna, i paint, i draw, i do murals & even nails... I LOVE ART! I also love the culture behind henna (mehndi) and am honored that im able to share my gift of being able to create the designs freehand off the top of my head. It makes people happy and feel good and at the end of the day im proud of that. Nothing makes me happier then making people feel good. No bad intensions what so ever. Shout out to all the cultures who use Henna & Mehndi & Jagua ( which comes from the indigenous people of the amazon and is used as a magical fruit war paint and is a big part of their culture.) I think henna is always beautiful no matter from where you are when you see it you always feel it beautiful

These are Indian/South Asian designs. Arab designs are more geometric (like the one the artist has) and African designs are very simple and minimal. They could've mentioned the word mehndi since henna is the Arabic word for it.

in my country (singapore) we can buy henna for $1.50 and just do it by ourselves or make someone else do it. its so normal to do henna and its rrally cool to be one who knows how to design. i do my henna once every two months when i just feel like drawing my hands. #justsharing

In my country(Philippines)henna tattoos are totally normal a really long time ago, 1400s maybe, im not sure but men that go to war(I forgot the term) they get a tattoo Avery time they kill an enemy they use like a stick with a thorn maybe so it was kind of a cultural thing I guess but now its pretty much just for style I guess you can get it anywhere depends on how big like maybe 40 pesos so that's *nearly* just 1 dollar

I love you guys so much and am a huge fan of the channel but I really wish you could have at the very least gone to an Indian ran business and highlighted the culture if you were going to do this. Cultural appropriation is a huge problem at Coachella and it makes me sad that you guys contributed to it.

I have been WAITING for this beauty trippin for soooo long!! If you get it again then if you mix some lemon juice and sugar and dab it onto the mendhi (henna) when it's basically dry then leave it, it'll bring out the colour more. And also if you put a plastic bag or one of those hair dye gloves on (when it's dry) and sleep with it, it'll come out even darker :D xx
