The fact that the sign does not look backward while he is attending court kills his case😀

This is ridiculous. "I didn't bother to figure out my needs the first time around so you should eat my mistake and fix it for free." Such entitlement! The sign maker is beyond generous with his offer.

Someone suing because they don’t know how to use their phone is one of the dumbest things I’ve seen on People’s Court. Up there with the woman who harassed and sued the wrong person.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the sign. Assuming he's using an Android phone, Android 10 automatically sets your front 'selfie' camera to 'mirror' so that setting needs to be disabled for the sign to show the correct way, otherwise it'll record as though it's a reflection from a mirror.

This is so ridiculous. On both Android & iPhones, you can change the setting so that it doesn’t mirror the image. He could also do that with most of the streaming services. If he didn’t realize it would be reversed, that’s his own problem. Then, the guy offered to redo the sign at a discount. Come on. What an absurd case. Especially when he can literally correct this issue with the press of a button. Give me a break. Either he’s clueless or he just wants another sign. Either could be feasible, but neither is acceptable for business.

On iPhones there is a setting so that the front facing camera does not reverse the image. I’m sure there is a similar setting on android phones.

I don't agree with this ruling. The defendant should not have to make another sign for half off. He did the job right the first time with the plaintiff's full and documented approval of the proof. I can't stand when customers make mistakes that cost small business people money.
