Trying to get more comfortable on camera, so here we are with this video. I initially started out making a video about waking up early, but with the daily events and tasks in my life, kinda turned into a day in the life. Still mad uncomfortable talking to the camera. Here goes nothing 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think if my workday started as early as yours I'd get up at that time, too. My workday starts at 8 AM but my natural wake up time depends on the year, in December and January I'm most likely to sleep in after 5 AM, but as the days lengthen, I find myself getting up earlier, in June I'm usually up between 3:30 AM and 4 AM. Mornings are amazing for me, I do my routine, then I work on stuff like my artwork, play video games, I love making breakfast and watching it get light out, or sometimes I go outside to do so. I live in northern New Hampshire so I get a good view of a clear night sky. The night sky with that little patch of blue on the east horizon growing brighter and eventually the sun makes its grand entrance, and on the west horizon there's still the Earth's shadow (that band of twilight that persists for about 10 minutes past sunrise). I'm probably the atypical early riser in that I use my mornings like a night owl uses nights. Funny story, I once tried a 2 AM morning wake up time. Physically, I was fine. Emotionally? Much different story. I missed having a social life. Since I live in a small town where most things close by 8 PM, I can still get up at a time like 3:30 AM and have girls night out on weekends (more like "girls early evening out", haha). Took me two weeks to go back to my normal routine. But early on I was even briefly considering an 11 PM "morning" wake up time. So glad I didn't. I couldn't imagine coming home from work at 4 PM, going to bed at 5 PM and getting up for the day at 11 PM. Anyways, it's really nice to meet you, my name is Victoria!

I’m glad to hear I’m not crazy for wanting to wake up and get things started early! Working on personal projects really helps me through the day, even if I only get an hour or two in the morning to put in some time, so I can relate to you on that. Thank you for the amazing comment! I really enjoyed reading this!
