Nothing like a traditional 2017 lowrider s. Harley gives you room to add flavor and if necessary more preformance of course with a cost but thats the point. I love to see other people's flavor in club style bikes as well. I can see this just being the way it is. Not nearly the potential of a real harley. And dont get me wrong. Buell knocked this one out of the park. Great bike. But not for real bikers who have community and actually travel out of state. This isnt a long ride like a real bagger or FXR. Harley air cooled pushrod traditional motors are #1 for me. I even own a sportster 1200 the glock of harley. Buell is like the aggressive little brother of harley who tries hard to fit in. Real bikers know this. Yet respect everyone eles decisions. Would love to ride it and feel the difference as well. Im sure its a fun riding bike.

I agree with you 100%. I think nothing will come close to a Lowrider s or ST, and there isn’t going to be a bike that will change my opinion on my FXR. From an overall perspective, Harley does everything the best for my riding style and looks. Thanks for the comment, ride safe!

That washer that goes between the tire and the fork, does it need to go in a special way. Such as with the rear tire, the lines on the washer has to be to the outside away from the tire. Thats my question. Good instructions, thats why i subscribed.
@KevinSornig
@KevinSornig 5 күн бұрын
Great question and thank you for subscribing! On the front wheel, the lines on the spacer are only for visual reference. They make it easier to see which one is longer without having to take them off the bike. That way, you can tell if the spacing of the wheel is correct. I try to make sure the line is closest to the fork leg so it’s easier to see. Hope this helps 👍🏻

So, what is it supposed to look like then? I just bought a new front end for my Sportster and replaced the bearings and races and am trying to figure out how tight to tighten that stem bolt. I was told to tighten it enough to when you turn the bars halfway to lock and release the bars, the bars should fall the rest of the way to the side, if that makes any sense
@KevinSornig
@KevinSornig 14 күн бұрын
Basically you need it to swing from full lock on one side, to full lock on the other side and stop almost straight. I have a diagram but it won’t let me post a picture in the comments.
