This is more innovative and beautiful than the shipping containers being developed here in the US! People need to stop sleeping on Africa. This is the future of real estate! Would they do design work for properties here in the US? I am sure the zoning and architectural aspects might have different requirements. I would love to work with them on upcoming projects.

Everything you stated I was totally thinking the same. I wish we could see this in the US especially for those who can’t afford those expensive homes. This is an excellent idea and I too wish the same company can travel to the US and show us how it’s done.

Hello Amoaa, Men this particular video is ever so on point be it content, professionalism, approach , rapport, confidence and mastery of subject matter to the point that my having to write a comment has taken me over an hour to do so. I mean am not kidding when I state that , as a business, you guys are MOST DEFINITIVELY GOING PLACES. By the way your interviewing skills were so on point that it got interviewee ever so relaxed. You know why, because your mastery of the subject matter including your English language registry compliments or matched the lady's very own throughout the interview. At the end of the video it left me the reader to think you either charged for your time or Nest Realty would be foolish to let you guys go without looking at You in particular as am investment - I mean I can smell it all the way here in London. Of course I have joined your mailing list immediately to receive future uploads. So that you know Housing is my profession in London and the very idea of working with architects on the ground to do with converting shipping containers is appealing to me. On the other hand I cannot forget Building with Amoaa for thanks to you an idea has been born in my head as to possibility of taking both business to next level subject to terms. This is exciting.

This good start keep it up. This is in existence in the western world adopting in Ghana or in Africa will help to redesign our infrastructure. But one problem I'm having with you guys, why always talking about dollers when you live in a cedi county? This is the our economy never move forward. Or are you only doing it for those who lives in abroad and isolating the locals? Try as well to minimize the cost for sake of low income families. Thanks

Their work is detailed, clean, professional and beautiful: you don't see the paint not lined up properly with the borders, the steps look cut evenly and all joining areas look finished. You showed another video which has containers as apartments and their work was unfinished and sloppy looking. Paying attention to detail is so important. Do they only construct containers in Ghana or do they ship- create containers in other W.A. Countries?

I think what this company is doing here is really great and the finishes are lovely. We enquired about doing shipping containers from a different company and it worked out the same as brick and mortar when including the exterior cladding. Cladding the container can be extremely costly but thats what makes the actual building visually appealing so its important to compare the all in cost for everything you want and compare before taking the leap. But great work - i would probably do something like this for a work studio
