Hearing Peter’s line from the first movie from so long ago in this trailer, the little piano part from the old OST too, and seeing the image of the Ecto-1 driving off in the sunset with the same art style they’ve always used for the video games and movie covers- oh god everything about this trailer makes me emotional and gives me the shivers. I HAVE to see this movie.

I'm so so excited about this! HOLY COW!!!! I got the chills just watching the preview. I have hoped and longed for a sequel to Ghostbusters. There was nothing like the original two, but this... this might actually be the sequel I've always wanted. When you're a die-hard Ghostbusters fan. It's hard to think anything will ever compare to it, but this so far looks like it fits in nicely with its predecessors.

We watch the goonies a couple of months ago. I don't think it's aged well. but for me being so critical, I couldn't help myself for pointing out all the errors. There were so many 'yh whatever moments' yes I know it's only a film and I should just enjoy it. I just hate directors trying to bullshit me by telling me that the toy teeth could hold the weight of that kid lol

Yes this movie looks to actually be respecting the past Ghostbusters movies instead of tearing them down and trying to make the audience think they weren't that great to begin with like Ghostbusters 2016 did you see I think we need more movies like Ghostbusters afterlife that respect the legacy of that which came before these days because if I am being honest truly good and griping movies are a dieing breed nowadays but this one looks to be very good and done right as you've said
