Apple TV Plus's Ghosted is interesting to say the least, and today I tell you why. This is my Spoiler Free Ghosted (2023) Movie Review and Reaction. Did you enjoy Ghosted Movie? Are you a fan of Chris Evans or Ana de Armas? Were you as shocked by this movie or ending as I was, and I need your explained thoughts on that wild ending below.
Cole falls head over heels for enigmatic Sadie, but then makes the shocking discovery that she's a secret agent. Before they can decide on a second date, Cole and Sadie are swept away on an international adventure to save the world.

I really enjoyed it. I thought it was very much a comedy, not an action movie, even if it did have some action beats. It was like a romcom with bullets. It doesn’t take itself seriously at all unless the two leads are bickering. It worked for me.

I think we're in the minority here. I really did enjoy the movie but I'm gonna be honest the story is freaking horrible, not to mention the plot holes are so obvious. But the chemistry is definitely there, specially when they're bickering.

This is one of those movies. I know it is bad. I know it. And yet I still enjoyed it pretty good. The cameo fest in the middle made me laugh.

But I hated that part. If they had written some great one liners, it would payoff having your friends show up in the movie. Otherwise, it just felt cheap gag.

Yup It was definitely pretty silly. But… Also sort of fun lol! Their chemistry was up and down throughout and they were going in and out of their relationship with each other pretty awkwardly,so a lot of it felt forced for the plot points - and not very authentic. But it still sort of worked for me because they were so likable. And although the story was pretty generic and nothing we haven’t seen before some of the action sequences they did were actually fun and exciting. And there were also some good lines and laughs sprinkled throughout. ( along with those funny cameos!) I would probably compare it to the underrated Tom Cruise movie - Knight and Day. This one really reminded me of that - so anybody who enjoyed that film will probably like this. At the end of the day,though, it was a star showcase with the two leads just doing their thing. And it was actually fun to watch Chris Evans and Ana De Armas basically playing themselves - only in a big budget romantic comedy/ spy thriller!

It is the standard spy flick but I actually loved it you have the guy taking the usual female role love interest caught in the spy situation. Thos is not wokeness it is simply reversing the roles. Now i have known military women who were this badass so this is fine. I hate wokeness but this works

there were so many points in the film where they couldve added a joke, but they didnt. i think it wouldve been far better if there was actually some comedy in the film. i expected it to be a netflix-style rom com action comedy like murder mystery 2 which is hilarious. But this film took everything so seriously for no reason

It was a fun movie not the typical bad ass, cold female spy protagonist that we are used to like in Atomic Blonde, Anna, Nikita, Hanna etc. No mind blowing plot twist or anything like the other ones. I believe they can do better and hope for better and bigger budget films in the future.

the chase scene was dope and rly well done but all the other action scenes felt like they run out of money so basically only one good action scene and oh yeah falcon, deadpool, winter soldier and cowboy bebop cameos were funny!

In the cave scenes, my issue is that any person that is in a situation of fear, you'd expect to try and seek protection. Therefore I expected the Cole character to hide behind the Sadie character and not go into random directions and make noise. The suitcase gag was not funny AT ALL! Again, Cole is faced with the flight or flight situation, why would he bother with his suitcase? If he just kept quiet and followed her to safety I would have believed it more. Later in the movie, Cole is a farmer, why can't he hear or notice what Sadie is noticing? Especially following that already by this point showed ingenuity. So, I would have liked to have seen a better transition from a fish out of water to bad-ass slightly earlier even if subtle and reluctant. Seriously, that pizza delivery guy who stopped a fleeing suspect who's video is making the rounds at the moment is a good example of a subtle hero. If Cole was like this by the middle of the movie it could have been better.

I never saw the trailer so when she was talking about dead coworker and the movie title I said I be she’s dead and an actual ghost but then the kidnapping happened and I was really confused for a second then I realized it’s one of those

My reaction when I watched the trailer several months ago was a huge meh, LOL. I thought the action looked even worse than _The Gray Man_ and the chemistry between them was nonexisting. These two work together much better in _Knives Out_, although that's an entirely different dynamic. And speaking of Evans, he should play more unhinged psychos. His characters are one of the scant few and some of the highlights in the aforementioned films, respectively.

Once upon a time - I used to 🤭with all the 'mischief' and 'whacks' that came from Tom & Jerry and Road Runner *cartoons!* Now(adays) I 'feel' for the teens that 🤣from *similar behavior* but it's leaning towards more *graphic violence* yet it's entertaining! So, PG13 kind of 'depends' on what the kids have been 'exposed' to and they can continue to 🤣with 😂

I went in expecting to hate this given all the negative reviews and generally trashing of it. Thought I’d last about 20 mins but.. I’ll be honest, I loved it. Yes it’s pretty generic but the action was decent as was the music and I enjoyed the comedy too. Very watchable and a good popcorn movie. Make your own mind up rather than being swayed by others’

Other than the torture by hornets, everything else is cliched to me 😛 And the role reversal in a romcom was interesting but didnt leave any impression on me. (Evans character is the insecure, bohemian, impulsive character (think every Jennifer Aniston romcom) and Arnas as the action hero/confident character).

I think Chris Evens and Ana de armas have awesome chemistry but probably not in this for what I heard. This is the third film together and I truly like them as an acting pair. I just can't wait to see this movie look pretty interesting.

I found it very entertaining and fun. I do not usually like this kind of movie and we have already seen many that are just the same, but the twist of being the girl the spy and the strong handsome boy, the "lady in distress" was very funny, maybe because I have Chris Evans all the time as Captain America and it is funny to see him in those situations. In any case I enjoyed the movie vey much.

I felt the chemistry was not really there n the story could have done better to focus on the relationship n chemistry rather than on all the action and inate avenger buddies cameos, which just side tracks from the main thing. The whiny, needy boyfriend trope really doesn't fit Evans image n the roles could have been reversed without sacrificing too much in terms of plot. Wat they shd have done was give Evans character some special feature or redeeming quality rather than just being a bumbling fool following along n somehow giving world saving advice on plants!

The movie is very generic. The CG is very obvious. The dialogues are pretty bad. But I don’t hate the movie. I would not buy a ticket for this movie, but if you have a subscription, there are worse things.

I legitimately don’t understand any of the hatred for “Blonde” one poor decision and it ruined the entire movie for everyone? Stupid. De Armas gave one of the best performers of all last year in it and the direction was incredible.

This movie was terrible. The green screen special effects were some of the worst I've seen. Couple that with the fact we're supposed to believe that Ana De Armas is this bad ass little girl who can throw around guys twice her size. I know it's supposed to be a bit of fun but nothing about this movie is believable. The story is so generic. It's like they paid the actors and directors but no one could really be bothered putting in any effort. Even Ryan Reynolds cameo was like WTF was that, and I love everything he does normally.

I stopped watching it at minute 42, the plot is so bad, so ordinary, that I am surprised that it has been approved by apple tv. big budget wasted, not even the charisma of Chris or Ana can save this bad publicity of AirTag stalking. I found it stupidly irritating and overacted by the rest of the cast, not even the action scenes can fill this work without sustenance and flavor.
