Just some aero engineering advice on the dart design: you can greatly increase the accuracy of your dart if you shift the center of mass forward towards the tip. If you built the shaft out of hollow tubing and then fill the front third with solid bar and weld it, that should do the trick. You're dart will be much more aerodynamically stable, thus increasing accuracy and it will fly true and straighter (instead of wobbling). If you want even more weight, you can fill with a more dense metal (e.g. tungsten) or make the dart longer so that the "one-third" you fill with solid bar becomes larger. Love your channel btw

so being a welder I'm kind of intrigued by this. for what metal are those safes made out of. (haven't really watched it yet. so I dont know if the safes are gonna shatter or bend. I'm guessing you would want safes to be more ductile and bend while still being relatively hard, so there might be some shattering. now I will watch and finish this comment. ok after watching all 3 safes getting hit the first 2 safes were ductile and could be low carbon steel. that third safe on the other hand could be medium to high carbon steel and or with some other alloying element.
