It's amazing how the dog knew to correct his pup from digging

Coyotes are a horrible problem to have. We had a dog lured out over a hill in our pasture and there was a pack on the other side. Luckily he escaped them but not without a few wounds. We were able to take care of a couple of them and scared the rest off. I hope you are able to take care of them too before they hurt any of your animals. Have a great day!

We had coyotes pretty bad for a while also and they took down a baby calf. We had 4 dogs that ran our land, but we also put 2 donkeys out after that and never had another attack. We'd also shoot the gun when we heard them running near by in the evenings with that awful yapping sound they make. Hope you can get them under control.

Leeske really is a true protector. Allowing an injured duck to stay by him is exceptional. He knows what animals belong on the farm and that's all he cares about. If an animal isn't introduced to him by you or Rachel, then it doesn't belong there. Mojo is so flipping amazing. He looks like he'd just be a big lump but the fact that he takes off like that, can clear a fence and all the rest... amazing and definitely due for a few extra eggs. All the pups are! Kora staying back may be because Leeske told her to, lol, or it could just be that she knows someone's gotta stay with the animals. Knowing she's the lil one, she's best suited to be an alarm for them while the big boy looks after the predator. I do have to say, Rachel you looked absolutely beautiful in today's video. You always are beautiful, but there was just something about you today that made you sparkle. I love your farm, your animals, your videos and most of all, I just love you guys! Heather🇨🇦

Apparently there are spiked vests to put on your dog to protect them from coyote attacks.They need them for farm/ranch cats too.Im so relieved your kitty is safe !❤

Coyotes are most aggressive right now because Moms had the pups. Mom needs food and Dad goes out to get it. Well done Leeske! It was awesome to see good old Mojo wake from his old man nap and take off like a bat out of you know what.

Goodness, those coyotes are very brazen, coming that close to the house in broad daylight. Leeske is really stepping up, very brave, especially when it seemed to be many coyotes. Mojo was onto it the next day as well. Interesting seeing the goats wait for the all clear from Leeske before heading out to the pasture. It will be good when Kora gets a bit older & bigger. I’m glad all the critters are okay. If you look in the lower left corner of your video when Mojo jumped up and took off, Smiegle was about to come on the porch. He was scared off and ran across the front of your garage doors when Mojo went the other direction.

Love Livestock Guardian Dogs! My Maremma once protected an injured squirrel... I believe they protect any animal that is not a predator so the duck must have felt so much better with the dogs. Love your videos. That wonderful herd looks so great walking out into the enormous field.

This is the first video I've seen from this channel and I have to say, y'all seem like really sweet people who care about every single one of your animals. Sometimes farm life can cause people to detatch from the animals and, while I can understand why, it always breaks my heart when I see somebody who thinks ONLY of the monetary value of an animals. You're good people.

I saw where Cora was digging out from the gate and Leeske tapped her on the head twice to tell Cora to stop digging. Leeske is a good teacher. It's cute seeing all the goats walking single file out to the pasture

Great guard dogs! I was raised in the country and coyotes were a problem. When the hunt in packs they yep a lot. When they get quite is When you worry.

You all do such a great job and I am so glad you are willing to share your life with us. I think Leeske is doing a great job training Cora. When you see him wrestling with her that is him training her to fight. Having a much bigger dog to train her is actually a blessing because she has to learn to use anything she can to make us for the size difference. They learn to use what tools they have wether it be speed, size, or how to lean in an use leverage. As long as she doesn’t yelp like she is hurt, I would let the training continue. Plus I think Leeske knows when to stop. He doesn’t seem to really have a mean bone in him with regard to any of your animals. Keep up the great work and thanks again for sharing!

Kevin you should think about getting a high viz collar or vest for Leesky and Cora when she's older. That way you'll be able to spot them quicker with your flashlight. BTW I love your flashlight, it illuminates quite a large area.

Same problem here with coyotes getting way too close. Not sure if it is legal in your state but here we have hunters who use a call box to bring them in to eliminate them. Glad all is well, great job the dogs have done. Coyote's have been known to attack people too

Cora's getting so big! Leesky is smart trying to stop Cora from digging out he kept stopping her and she doesn't like it!🤭 Love all the dogs and animals! Mojo is big dog and he saves his energy and let's the young ones keep those coyotes out. But if one gets in the fence then watch out! Those coyotes sounded awfully close. Hope they've moved on? Your goats can sense the danger and are glad to have Leesky with them. Never knew how interesting goats are. Their personalities are all different.
