Ginkgo Barley with Beancurd Skin Dessert can remove dampness and heat, make the body comfortable, beautify the skin, and prevent rough skin. The practice is also very simple, only 4 ingredients are needed. When the weather is hot or the chest is bored, this dessert is the most suitable for eating!
Ingredients:
100g ginkgo (about 50pcs)
100g beancurd (about 3 large pieces) (specially for dessert)
70g barley
120g rock sugar (optional)
2 pandan leaves (knotted)
2500ml water
1. Barley, washed, soaked in water for half an hour and drained.
2. Ginkgo, peeled and boiled in boiling water for 1 minute, add cold water to remove the outer skin
3. Take a bamboo stick and insert it in the middle (take out the bitter core, spare)
4. Pour 2500 ml of water into the pot, add the barley and cook for 20 minutes.
5. Then crush the bean curd, clean it, then add the bean curd and cook for 20 minutes
6. Finally add ginkgo and sugar, cook for 20 more minutes and enjoy.
