Everyone judged me as the “weirdo” because I was very quiet in school. I had and still sometimes have very bad anxiety in large groups of people including of course school. But in reality, I’m the complete opposite of quiet 😂 I honestly feel like people missed out on getting to know my true personality from judging me right off the bat. Their loss!

I was judged by teachers in highschool because I missed school so much. I was sick all the time and I had depression and severe anxiety- but I could just tell some teachers though I was a slacker. In reality I worked sooo hard and despite missing more than half a school year all the time I still got amazing grades. Now I’m homeschooled because I realized nobody helped me - I didn’t even know homebound was a thing.

I think your producers were judgmental when they moved two Muslim ladies wearing head scarves in your audience. They were told to sit in the back and out of view of the cameras due to studio policy. It's something that really annoys me because the hosts are doing amazing things for women of colour. They are 110% for equality and against racism. Yet this issue was never addressed publicly. Warner Bros issued a statement but I'd really like to hear from the hosts. Every single day I hear you ladies speaking out against racism, yet something in your own studio has been brushed under the carpet. I'm aware it's from a while ago now. But like I said it was never addressed publicly

What happened to miss Adrienne happened to me. Dressed up once or twice a week in HS, wore heels, knew how to walk in them, felt my most confident in them and was rumored to be "the mean girl" or a prep, that I was only dressing that way to show off, make guys notice me, etc. All of which I was not. The same people (almost always a group of girls) would watch me constantly, try to critique my every move but would then see me talk with everyone, always polite and kind, be the one joking around or start laughing at myself, be anyone's friend, make conversation, making sure everyone felt comfortable around me bc I knew how awful it felt to feel the opposite of that... once they'd see that, I'd be told by one or all of them that I was completely different than how they thought I'd be; that I wasn't stuck up, full of myself, bitchy or mean. I would always feel flattered that they saw my true colors but also so sad bc I never want anyone to see me and perceive me to be something I'm not. Really related to her story. So Adrienne, thanks mama, love you even more. Grew up wishing I could be like you as Chanel in the Cheetah Girls, dressed as your character with a group of my girlfriend's in middle school, looked up to you so so much. Thanks for always keeping it real💋💯👏👏👏

I do agree though. The first thing we do as humans is judge people based on what they’re wearing. For instance, if a guy is well put together, “he’s all about his looks and is a player”. If a girl is put together, “she’s a stuck up b and gets around the block”

I relate soo much to Tamera and Jeannie. I was really nice and everyone knew that but they took my kindness for weakness and a lot ! Of girls tried to pick on me, but got checked quick ! But I started hating girls and hung out with boys and played sports and a lot of girls got jealous and tried to call me a hoe but they got checked quick! & I’m not talking about fighting I’m talking about being the mature one and saying “ just Bc I hang out with guys doesn’t mean I’m a hoe. They actually respect me more then they respect the rest of you& trust me hanging out with guys I know a lot of secrets about a few of you, so I would use my words wisely and treat people better” they all rolled they eyes and walked away and latter tried to be friends with me to get to boys 😑man I hated school 🙄

I'm 46 and I've gotten the same hate too. Because I choose to dress up. I just like clothes and looking nice. Always have. Or here comes the jealousy or envy of my small size - my looks. Or because I'm concerned about doing my job well. Or because I'm introverted. If you can name it, I've been thru it over the years. The hate, jealousy, envy have come from all sides, extended family, my own husband & his son, work and "place of worship." I literally couldn't catch a break. I could write a book about my experiences. Over the years it started to get me down. Then I pray to God and move on. What other's think of me is none of my business.

When people judges me, they only show me their own insecurities. People tend to judge what they don't understand. And often times people judge you because you are too comfortable in your own skin.

so true Adrienne, I know people in my life who don't like me just coz I like putting myself together, so they have a pre notion abt me.

Good clip. I appreciated all of their insights, particularly Loni' s. I too am an introvert and misperceptions, rumors, etc. are for the birds. What other people feel/assume regarding me has nothing to do with me and my happiness journey. It took a long time to get to that approach to living but I'm so glad I got there.

I'm a black mother with two black daughters...ages 3 and 8... I did this just last night. I have to put the 3yo in and out of her car seat because she can't do it herself. THATS ALL IT IS. I don't have yo check on the 8yo cuz she can do all that herself. She gets in and out by herself. I stopped doing that for her when she was 6 be cuz at that age I no longer feared her smashing a finger in the car door. To make that about race... Child, bye!

Love Adrienne's look today very fall and he hair is on point. Love loni's wig it's slayed. Not feeling jeannies look it's giving me season 1 vibes and that was a dark time for all of them lol. Anyways, this woman was out of line for this note she didn't know the situation and to judge like that is sadly normal but to write a note to these people was too much. We all need to give people the benefit of the doubt and stop jumping to conclusions.

That explains why Loni was trying to block the fan from hugging Kim Kardashian. She wasn't trying to be rude. She just figured maybe Kim is like her and doesn't like to hug strangers.

I realized as a mature adult that girls said mean things about me probably out of jealousy. I was also called a hoe when I hadn’t even had sex yet. Lots of rumors made up about me, it was so hurtful because I was nice to everyone and friendly. The worst betrayals always came from girls who I thought were my friends 🤷🏻‍♀️
