That thing you were telling Hannah about trying when you think all hope is lost is something I'm really trying to work on myself. It's so easy to think "This is impossible" and give up, but when I push through it and try, sometimes the impossible is actually possible!

Yeah!! So often in climbing, the impossible becomes possible with just enough mental fortitude and stubbornness 😂 it’s a nice thought as well, to take with us in life too 😍

I find often when I think a move is "impossible" it's usually because I'm too tired. most of the time I'll go back to it the next session and get it on the first try.

I know Hannah is a boulderer, but I think one thing she could improve a lot is her "efficiency mindset". It's very common in route climbers but it is important in bouldering as well, especially for onsighting and projecting. As Anna said, Hannah doesn't really have committment issues. I believe they're more overthinking issues (which are very different). Maybe some route climbing (or circuit climbing if she's afraid of falling on a rope) would help her with that.

Whenever I go to climb a boulder wall, I really hope that there will be some athletic girls in shorts climbing that day. Because there is probably no more beautiful sight in the world than a muscular girl in shorts climbing.
