To the people that thought that the loser is unskillful - these guys were the finalists, out of thousands of players, were the best ut gamers of '01 and rightly deserve a spot in the annals of videogame time. A truly great battle, in what was a truly ground breaking title. Bring back the old times

Never understood why this game was much less popular than Quake 3 for tournament play. I guess it's because Quake already had more of a foothold within the industry before Quake 3's release.

Nostalgia. Haven't played the game for over 10 years but if I still try any other game, the skill left from UT still works. The reflexes and aim.

very high level and you both have knowledge about the respawn and guessing where your opponent could be, i hope back to play UT99 anytime soon, then you can be sure i can stand against you guys at the same level.
