@@TheAutisticCapricorn811 its pretty smart to make "popcicles" for animals that spend a lot of their time in the summer heat; it's pretty enriching and helps them cool down a little a couple places do "blood popcicles" for big cats-- it doesn't sound good to us, but they seem to enjoy them a lot lol

I did something similar for my horses when it was hot out, but less sticky. I froze a bunch of chopped up carrots, apples and bananas in plain water mixed with some electrolytes in a big rectangular tupperware and then got the "ice blocks" out of the plastic and just put it in their grain bins. They loved it, plus it helps keep them hydrated. Always a fun idea for hot days. Pretty much just a glorified salt block

What a gorgeous horse! And your bond is so dear and pure. If anybody tries to pitch a fit about you giving your horse a pop tart, that’s bonkers! Even conservatively that is a half ton hoof puppy, one pop tart won’t do any harm lol. Did that sweet cow get a popsicle? I really hope so.❤

We had a horse named Ringo who knew whenever a child was around, he'd be extra careful. He craved peanut butter & jelly sandwiches. I'd also forgotten how long the horse's tongue is. My mother is a big horse enthusiast in Southeastern PA. We also had a pony - "Georgie Girl" who'd pull a small cart. I remember riding with my sister and twins, Robert & Rhonda (adopted). We hit a rock and the cart upsided. Strangely no one was hurt. We rode almost every weekend. It felt magical to go deep into the woods where nowadays is seeming to become more sparse. That was a time away from school and the "routine" of life (what stresses do teenagers have to deal with?). Once we had ridden up into PA several miles and I was getting tired. We came upon a set of open sided barns with old carriages in them, complete with the lanterns and the old carriage bodies. It felt as if I'd gone back in time. We'd go to the Devon horse show to see the Budweiser Clydesdales and the jumpers. I loved animals, and the horses always seemed to be such a unique creature. Who could ever think up such an animal?
