FOG TIERING CHANGES:
Over the last few rotations the Global League fog meta has been dominated by Global Damage centered COs, especially the maps featuring T1 and T2 games on more than average income maps. So much so that all meta picks surround these Global Damage COs and even maps are being designed with Global Damage in mind. The Map Committee has been searching and analyzing for a solution that will shake up the meta with the goal of de-centralizing the fog meta around Global Damage.
We are presenting to you the "Nu-T2" that has been formed as a result. The Nu-T2 tier consists of the COs:
Olaf
Eagle
Von Bolt
Javier
Max
This tier will be used on large maps with higher income, where the powerful day to day COs from the old Tier 1 meet the stally COs from T2. As a result of this tier merger, the maps using this new Tier 2 will no longer use the old Tier 1. This "Nu-T2" has been thoroughly tested and analyzed by Map Committee members and high level players, who we thank for their help in testing.
In the coming rotation we will be using this tier on the following maps:
