I’m pretty sure Kristen asked Kirby to join the good place cast because they had done something else together and loved each other and it was while they were working on Veronica Mars together and having a good time together.

Their energy is so loving. What a sweet friendship. I bet they have a blast together. Kristen seems like a really down to earth person and so does Dax which is also why I love them together too.
