Season 1 Rachel Berry was my favorite. Her obnoxiousness was more comical here, as the show progressed her character became more unbearable.

Yanniek H I think because this was only the pilot they haven't wrote the arch of the story when her dads would be important for the show so they would need familiar faces actors for it.

Rachel is one of my favorite characters on Glee, because she’s very funny, she’s very smart and talented and she gets dramatic sometimes, and one of my favorite Rachel performances is “Firework”, “Don’t Rain on my Parade”, “Oops I Didn’t Again” and “Let it Go” from FROZEN

well myspace was big from 2006 to 2010 i guess this episode was wrote in late 2008 (10 years ago woo) so rachel was probably one of the last myspace users

I remember thinking it was odd that she was using MySpace in the spring of 2009 (when the pilot originally aired). I had gotten my Facebook account in February 2008. In 2007, yeah, most people were using MySpace, but two years later it was all about Facebook.

I’m the same age as her character even graduated in 2012 like some of the characters in glee (Not the actors. The characters) and in 2009, MySpace was still popular and everyone was still using it. It wasn’t until 2010 that people forgot about MySpace and went with FaceBook.

Mariah Wilkins Anything from Les Miserables would get you laughed out the room. Directors have heard all the ‘on my owns’ and there’s nothing anyone can do to make it different at this point. It also just shows that you’re knowledge of musical theatre is pretty limited, if that’s the only song you can think that will show you off.

Oh, she is the greatest... at being the greatest failed character development in tv show history. She didn't grow out of her childish antics had absolute no repercussions to any of her horrible and shameful actions throughout the entire series and was rewarded in the end for being a horrible person.
