thanks for the video, one echnic that work for me was, after the 500 circle before the final glide, i go back to the fans to get one last push and then i did the final glide, for me it was so much easier to get the 2 final circles at the end

25% of FF7 Rebirth is a party game, minus the ability to play with friends who also have to deal with the broken controls to make it fair fun.

another great video! I found your Crunches guide really helpful to. Tips I found from beating it after a few hours of struggle. namely how to dive. to regain altitude after a dive you need to be diving at full speed, you will know you've reached top speed by audio/visual cues, namely:- there will be air jets trailing from the bird's wings and you will also hear a gust of wind (that's your cue that you have reached top dive speed). You won't be able to do a sharp ascent unless you are diving at top speed it seems like it works on a momentum system. And as you say ascend to full height all of my failed attempts where when I tried to judge my ascent myself rather than just ascending as high as the bird would let me it seems to keep the bird on course using a sort of invisible boundary. Also I can't wait for part 3 of this remake series, I can only imagine what kind of minigame misery they have instore for us my money's on do a full cross fit circuit against Jules, as a frog, ridging a chocabo whilst also playing a piano, if you don't complete it in time Bahamut arrives and casts Gigaflare.

I was able to complete the last two rounds after an hour or so of practice, and had only played this minigame for the first time today! It's that last dive-bomb that destroys the run. Most people don't know that you can literally circle around between fans before that for as long as you like before reaching that 300 dive-chain. The last one... you can't dive too deep into it because on the way back up, you will overshoot the 300 and if you try to correct, you're not high enough for that last double drop. I learned that you need to pull up just a bit earlier giving you enough air to tap the 300, pivot and drop into the last 2x500's - it's a pain in the ass but not so hard once you've done it... so you NEVER have to do it again!

Wow this was for the hardest minigame by far! Thanks for the guide it really helped One tip to add is I was struggling to even get high enough turning around - i went slight wider and past the fans then turned so i went up facing the right way so I got mass altitude then dive as the 300 is going off your screen, and then pull up a bit before the end of the climb, then its perfect - enough height to do a fancy drop into center to finish

This is the original route for course 3, not the other easy route that u turn back up and rise again . Superb and nicely done!!

I struggled in parcour 3 with the hight so i never reached the second to last 500 ring. So at 10:23 I turned around flew back to the fans and got the hight back that I lost getting these two rings and the moment I did it I got max points. I like your explanations. Its like you teach me something and I can use your knowledge to create my own outcome.

Also, at that last drop after the zigzag of the third course, diving a bit lower than center and pulling back up will put you higher on the last 300. It basically puts you further along the course when you peak and youll easily get enough height to make the last rings. Once I noticed this, I got the 9600 on the next run and I was at least past the 75% mark on the last 300.

If you stay in the center on the final ring you can get more height, even fly over the ring. If you clip the right side you hit an imaginary ceiling that reduces your total height. You can also double back on some sections and relaunch for one you missed. For the final dive, I grabbed the first 4 and then relaunched and lined up the final dive.

Finally, hit it after over 9 hours of game clock. I dont remember if you explained but make sure to nudge the top of the two 500 rings after the last zigzag on third course. It pushes them a little bit, but maintain good centering or you'll drop just outside the ring on either the top left or right or them.

The literal only way i got those last 2 rings on stage 3 was after getting the last 500 before the dive I actually turned around and used the fans to get back up in the air higher. This gave me enougb dive time that I got the last 2 rings no problem.

Appreciate the vid. I've only completed the first run, but I'm gonna only do one at a time so I don't get too worked up over it. Damn is it a bad game. It's so slow and hard to control. You can barely see some of the goals. I knew this part was gonna be a slog when it took me over 5 runs just to figure out how to control it. And it took 15 minutes just to do the easy course. I can't believe they let this game launch with such an unfun game. At least when it took me forever on a lot of the other games, I kept looking forward to retrying them like the space shooter and the box game in corel prison

First time fimding this channel, and I must say I am impressed. Good presentation, good explanations, wonderful editing for showing details of the run, and the regular speed unedited run after with minimal commentary was icing on the cake. His encouragement scattered through the video together with his own testimony of how hard it can be was welcome. It was very nicely paired with the footage of his IRL reactions to his failures and eventual triumph. While going over the same info again was indeed a bit annoying, the explanation that accompanied it made it much more tolerable Cannot recommend this video enough and I look forward to seeing more of what he has done. If this video is representative of his usual quality, I may have found a new favorite guide maker. Please keep up the good work and I hope you get monetized soon.

I wanted to perfect the first course just to get Yuffie’s weapon. I could never go above 500 because I didn’t realize all you needed to do was glide all the way (I kept diving each time). This video was great, but let me add on to it. For the last part go back to the wind mills after the two 500s. You can’t go back after that. Then you should have enough altitude.

What I noticed I just done in beginning the third if you can't get time right with top right follow that and turn right if it coming down or lift it coming there do opposite of do it to much just enough 😊

The one I found the easier way was that when you get that last 500 and then before you go to the 300 one and then glide down and then go up to the last 300 one there is one easier tip is that get to that 500 don’t go down the 300 turn around then go to that last glide part that give you boost to go up try that then turn around get that 300 glide down get all those points and then in end you see the good results that when you hit that last 300 you get so much higher and then bam you get those last 2 so easily

I finally did it … the two final 500 is where i almost lost my sanity , never again

for round 3 I think I found a better approach in that you can do a double pass, like collect all the loops before that final dive and then turn around and fly back to the propellers to get another full lift, this allows for a better approach for the final dive. I have vid if you like.

Aa far as the first two 500 moving markers i usually do it by by flying into the left one when its still on the left then i fly into the right one when its on the right i dont wait for them to come together i miss sometimes but i get it about 90 percent of the time of course your way is correct also gatabud i think your way is better

It took time, but I beat every mini game in Rebirth Cactuar Crush, Gears and Gambit, beat everything in 1-2 tries. Chocobo racing, beat everything within 3 tries (except the Bahamut course, that shit drove me nuts). Sit ups vs Jules, 30 mins This shit though, that last f’in course, 5 hours Wasted several evenings trying to clear that nonsense Hands down, the most time consuming and frustrating thing in this game

Glide 3 is legit the final thing i need for the platinum. Wasnt hard mode that stumped me, wasnt bonds of friendship or rulers of the outer worlds, wasnt 3D sephiroth, tifas push ups... gilgamesh... no. a stupid target flying chicken mini game is whats preventing my platinum 😂

Perfect altitude is the key but again there is a way towards the end to gain too much altitude this is going to screw things up

Hardest mini game with only S-Rank Piano on the last two songs toppling this. Finally completed this challenge after hours upon hours of attempts. My only advice for those still trying is that if you’re having trouble with @Gatabud’s strat, you can also run the strat linked below to backtrack to certain updraft fans to give you an added boost for the final dive. It hilarious how none of the none of the 3 directors or the producers can get it through their heads after 25 years they didn't work on non JRPG games developed by Square Enix for a reason. In an interview with Game Informer around 5 years ago Yoshinori Kitase was surprised how negative the reception to the minigames in FFX. I'll give props to the chocobo racing in the gold Saucer because Motomu Toriyama did direct Racing Lagoon.

You know gatabud there is a mistake a made many times almost towards the end of the course there is a way to get maximum altitude i mean serious altitude you get so high up in fact that you can miss the 300 and 500 and 300 right before you have ti make the perfect nise dive this makes it perfect to get the last vertical 500s but again your so up that you can miss the as permentioned markers so if you do this you still must decrease altitude and for sure you will miss this is a mistake dont do it players

My highest score was 8600 in this game for a while gatabud I was having a bit of trouble at the end but I won many times but I still enjoyed watching your video gatabud actually I found the piano games much harder than this what about you?

I'll just say that if I met the guy who decided to put in a mini game that is this unfun and with such broken difficulty, I'd do what the guy from Casino Royale did to Daniel Craig at the end in the chair without the bottom. The only redeeming quality about this game is that it's the means to the platinum trophy. The feeling of constantly being "cheated" due to how precise you need to be is just enraging.
