Welcome to the Slider Series. A set of 4 workouts that are low impact and joint friendly, but still bring maximum results. The sliding discs help you engage all the smaller, supporting muscle groups so that you get a super effective workout in minimum time. There's a mix of cardio and toning to work every muscle in your body!
This is a tough lower body workout that will take you through squats from all angles as well as lunges, knee pulls, a tough glute bridge segment. There a graceful barre feel to this workout with lots of inner thigh engagement as well as balance challenge exercises.
