Did you consider the gas flow requirements as well as the exhaust noise ?

I kept the pipe sizes the same as the original silencer. Also, the first expansion chamber has a pipe through the centre with perforations that will help reduce backpressure, but will reduce attenuation. I need to get a tacho so that I can gauge impact on performance.

To be truthful my hearing is not so good, so quite hard for me to tell the difference...
