i have them too!!! its also on my jawline, i call them weird bumps lol but they itch sometimes so that i do is add hazel pore thingy u cant get it at walmart for 5 bucks and also exfoliate and moisturize

Glow UP tips : 1- drink at least 1liters of water per days, bc in summer you sweat so you are dehydrated so you NEED water 🍶🧊 2- don't drink too much water, if you drink too much you are going to feel sick ⚠️ 3- get a reasonable time of sleep, at least 8-9 hours of sleep (go to bed to 11pm / 12 pm and wake up at 8am or 9am) 🛌😴💤 4- do skincare, not a Big skincare like on tiktok, but like moisture your face every night before bed, and the morning put on sérum. Do a mask yo your face and hair 1x week. (⚠️For your skincare you have to use products adapted for your skin⚠️) 😌✨🧴 5- don't put makeup on the week end and on vacation (exept for date night/parties) 🥰🧽 6- wash your face EVERY morning, not with soap but with a cleaner, washing every morning your face, is going to make her soft, exfoliate pores etc...(NEVER USE SOAP ON THE FACE, IT'S GOING TO BURN IT) 🧼🪒 7- brush your teeth 2/3 x day (After breakfast, (after lunch), after dinner) with charcoal toothpaste bc it's going to whiten your teeth 🪥🚿 8- Take a shower every night, and wash your hair 2/3x week 🚿💆🏼‍♀️ 9- if you do your Nails, change them every 2 weeks, and do summer Nails (go on Pinterest for inspo) 💅✨ 10- love yourself gurl/Guy YOU ARE GORGEOUS ❤❤❤

Try a Korean exfoliation mit. They're used in the middle east too; they call them kessa gloves. They work wonders! Let your skin soften under hot water then use the glove *without* soap. You shower with soap after. It's amazing. Since discovering them, I haven't gone back.
