《Gluten Meat》
The entire process from start to finish how to make "seitan" from flour using the washed flour method. The techniques are important in order to achieve the best texture and flavour for "seitan".
Ingredients:
Plain flour 480g, water 400-500ml

water 1liter, onion powder 1tbsp, garlic powder 1 tbsp,
white pepper 1tsp, smoked paprika 2tbsp,
vegan chicken flavored bouillon 2tbsp,
maggi seasoning 2tbsp, soy sauce 2tbsp

gluten meat 200g, onion 80g, spring onion 20g,
ginger 3g, garlic 3g, cooking oil ½tbsp,
mushrooms stir-fry sauce ½tbsp, salt ¼tsp,
sugar ¼tsp, soy sauce 1tsp, white pepper ¼tsp
cooking wine ½tsp, sesame oil ½tsp
