Hes excellent! There are talented singers still, even just random streamers with amazing voices out there who use zero BS, sadly not mostly in mainstream stuff that has been riddled with that god awful autotune for so long now. Stuff tends to go in circles, so lets hope we soon get back to actual musician's and singers rather than overuse of completely digital stuff and autotune.

from a philosophical perspective. 1. "I remember when, I remember, I remember when I lost my mind." - This line reflects on the fragility of sanity and memory. It raises questions about what it means to be sane and how easily one can lose their sense of reality. 2. "There was something so pleasant about that place." - This suggests that losing one's mind might not always be a negative experience. It challenges our conventional views on mental stability and asks whether there can be beauty in madness. 3. "Even your emotions had an echo in so much space." - This could be interpreted as a commentary on the depth of our emotions and how they resonate within us. Philosophically, it explores the idea of the vastness of human experience. 4. "And when you're out there without care, yeah, I was out of touch." - This line touches on the concept of detachment from reality and the consequences of not caring or being disconnected from the world. It raises questions about the nature of our existence when we disconnect from society. 5. "But it wasn't because I didn't know enough. I just knew too much." - This is a powerful statement about knowledge and its relationship with mental well-being. It suggests that an excess of knowledge can lead to madness, echoing philosophical ideas about the burden of knowledge. 6. "Does that make me crazy? Does that make me crazy? Does that make me crazy?" - These repetitive questions challenge societal norms and the concept of sanity itself. It prompts us to reflect on what is considered "normal" and whether deviating from it is inherently crazy. 7. "Possibly." - The simple response "Possibly" to the question of whether the singer is crazy leaves room for ambiguity. It acknowledges the complexity of human nature and the difficulty in defining sanity. 8. "And I hope that you are having the time of your life." - This line touches on the idea of empathy and well-wishing for others, even when the singer's own sanity is in question. It suggests that despite personal struggles, there is a desire for others to find happiness. 9. "But think twice, that's my only advice." - This advice to "think twice" reflects the philosophical idea of self-awareness and critical thinking. It implies that one should carefully consider their actions and decisions. 10. "Come on now, who do you think you are?" - This line challenges notions of identity and self-perception. It prompts introspection about the construction of our identities and the roles we play in society. In summary, "Crazy" by Gnarls Barkley offers a philosophical exploration of sanity, knowledge, identity, and empathy. It raises thought-provoking questions about these concepts and invites listeners to contemplate the complexities of the human experience.

This song came out when I was in infantry training and I had no clue what the next few yrs in the middle east would bring, this song is like the calm before the storm in my mind, and now after multiple tours and much death and carnage I think I'm CRAAAAAZZZZZZYYYYYYY. All joking aside this song reminds me of an innocent enough 18 yr old kid who joined the army infantry to escape his upbringing and found out what real misery is, if I could go back in time I would tell that kid to go awol .....

This was my theme song when I was completing my PhD, dealing with a cruel advisor who would ensure that there would be no future for me in my field. Even though I knew what he was doing, I completed the degree anyway, feeling like a fool when it would have been smarter to quit. Not in control, feeling crazy, wishing someone who knew that he took pleasure in destroying people had told me to think twice, and then think again....Cee Lo said it perfectly. The pain he projects in this song is so authentic, so poignant. No one sings it better. He got me through a miserable time.
