Ingredients:
For Gnocchi
• Boiled Potatoes - 1.5 cups (grated)
• All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 3-4 tsp
• Salt - to taste
• Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
• Butter - 2 tsp
• Chopped Garlic - 2 tsp
For Sauce
• Butter - a tsp
• Sliced Mushrooms - 1 cup
• Mix Dry Herbs - 1 tsp
• Chopped Green Onions - 1/4 cup
• Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup
• Processed Cheese - 1/4 cup
• Little Water
• Salt - to taste
