how did it go?

Ej Graham I just purely focused on myself, going to the gym and taking care of things. I stayed strong and did new things to keep my mind focused. I have since met a new girl who I have been with happily for nearly 3 months. Last girl I loved to pieces but you have to learn to work on yourself and stay positive, even though it may seem like it being broken up with by the love of your life isn't the end of the world. Stay strong and prove to yourself you can get through it. No contact works either way, now I look back and think I didn't deserve that and I know she will be regretting her decision but it's done now. I hope she is happy one day but for now she needs to work on herself. Good Luck guys stay strong.

I did 8 years with an ex 3 months ago and she dumped me. Let her go man. There is soo many women out there, you have no idea. Just a life lesson dude, act as if you don't need her or a girlfriend. That's what brings attraction. You have to show that you're mentally strong enough to live without her, not mentally weak that you need her all the time.

Stop attaching a timeline to this. Go no-contact until you no longer miss her, you meet someone else, or she comes back. The point isnt to give her time, its to focus on yourself. Before you went no contact, I know for a fact, shit wasnt good and you were full of anxiety. If things had been good, you wouldn't be in no contact. If you do this right, youll forget about her and meet someone better. How do I know? Because my ex-girlfriend and I reconnected after 4 years apart and started dating again. Almost immediately she started teating me like shit. One day I said to myself "FUCK THIS SHIT" and walked out of her life. She sent me 6 text messages in one 30 minute period, I reaponded to the second and said I couldnt talk because I had a flight to catch. The other 4 msgs I deleted without reading. I haven't talked to that bitch in a week now and am so much better off. Ive met other women who dont make me feel insecure, I'm so much happier now.

Jus say thanks and again go back to less contact rule.... dont get excited and jump into further chats and talks. But yea you too wish her on her birthday or send some forward msgs here and there as if you existing on earth. They gradually take a step to talk more. If not then let them go as per their choice. You better focus on other things and New people. That creates more attention from her. Overall you just need to think whether you really that girl who makes it so complex or really worth to wait and spend that much of time on her... Jus Move On and Accept the truth that she doesn't deserve your love and care. Plenty out there who deserves it. Live like a man and don't try to chase someone that hard. Its not worth.

Why would you block your ex? Just because she broke up with you??? Hell no, you do this if she cheated on you and you never want to be in contact again with her. But other than that I would not recommend this, especially if you do want to re-establish communications. Not reaching out to them is totally fine.

Women say a lot but it is only true at the very moment they say it. She probably said "I love you" too when you were in a relationship. So why do you believe that what she says stays valid forever? That's not the case, give her what she needs and leave her alone. And in time they won't care what they said some months or years ago because their feelings have changed yet again.

Alan Dominguez she still has not reached out to me. idk if she ever will. her best friend said she is not serious with any guy. But she is still talking to someone. i honestly feel i have gained alot more emotional control. i can sleep and eat again. But only time will tell what the future has.

my bday was 2 weeks ago she had her bestfriend drop off a gift n cake w a lil note that said hope today brings you smiles laughter joy and love xoxo and her animal name i used ti call her. she changed her number n cellphone provider recently. so i couldn't say thank you. i told her best friend to tell her thank you and i hope all is well n my heart is open 4 you. 2 weeks have past since i havent heard a call or rext to this day. i did email her today. i pretty much said i wanted to no where we stand and i reminded her of old great memories and im single. i respect her decision to not wany to b together. etc

@@ch1bob best advice I can give you or anyone can give you. Work on yourself. 1. Take care of facial skin. Mosquito face wash whatever. 2. Workout and clean diet. 3. Read books or get a hobby boxing.. Or whatever. 4. Get a banging car man. 5. Go out met girls. One girls says no move on to next one in club till one says yes il come home with u. 6. Dress fucking good post pictures on social media like you are having fun. She will message u. My biggest mistake. I chase after her but I learned.
