Liverpool have had some class CBs over the past few decades who have won multiple trophies and been a part of probably the best team/teams England has seen during the 70's and 80's so no he isn't. He's the best CB in the world right now and if he continues developing the way he is now and hopefully Liverpool win multiple trophies then you definitely could put him in that bracket.

Shakir Hussain salah’s 17/18 season was the best out of any forward in the pl era, man done it in Europe and in the pl. Breaking the goal scoring record as a winger, he deserves more respect.
