It depends on how you see the difficulty; The UCL is like a Track and Field race, you put in all your effort from the beginning, making sure you don't slip up, or make a mistake, because even the slightest of those things could see you out of the competition. Now, on which is more prestigious, that's not even a question; to even get into the UCL, you have to have done well in your league the previous season, the UCL is an exclusive competition for the elites of Europe, the winners are literally the Kings of Europe, and the last time i checked, being Kings of Europe(football wise) triumphs over being Kings of a country in Europe.
