1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
1 cup Semolina [Rava]
¾ cup Sugar
100g Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
2 Eggs (room temperature)
¼ cup Plain Flour [Maida]
½ cup Plain Yogurt (thick)
½ cup Grated Coconut
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ tsp. Baking Powder
finely grated Zest of 1 Lemon
Aluminium Foil Container size: 205mm x 205mm x 42mm
Note: Oven with 1650W Power Output was used to bake;
baking time may vary depending on your Oven
Makes: About 675g
Preparation Time: 15 mins + 2 hours to rest + 30 mins to bake
