Easy Goan fish cones recipe .Fish cones is a popular Goan snack which is served as a starter for weddings and parties.These cones are filled with tuna fish or stuffing of your choice.The cone crust can be made in large batch and stored in refrigerator and consumed whenever needed.Hence sharing recipe of how to make Goan stuffed fish cones with homemade cones.
Ingredients
For outer cover:
1 cup maida/all purpose flour
salt
2tbsp melted warm ghee/clarified butter
water for kneading dough
For filling
150 gms tuna chunks
1 onion
1 green chilli
salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
coriander leaves
2tbsp mayonnaise
Other ingredients
Metal cones
oil for frying
