Goan Shepeche Pole | Shepu Dosa | Vegan Gluten-free Dill Leaves Pancakes
Shepeche Pole or Dill Leaves pancakes are gluten free, nut free, egg free, plant based, Vegan, lentil based pancakes. You can find all ingredients at any Indian grocery store near you. This recipe contains no artificial ingredients and is kid friendly.
Yield: Makes 8 pancakes
Ingredients:
Rice - 1 cup
Urad dal - 1/2 cup
Grated Fresh Coconut - 1/2 cup
Poha or Flattened Rice - 1/4th cup
Dill Leaves - 1 big bunch
Salt - to taste
Jaggery or brown Sugar - 3 tbspn or to taste
Oil - As needed
Water - As needed
Ghee - For serving
