The 1954 version didn’t sell that idea very well since you see Godzilla’s skeleton at the end, but otherwise that’s correct.

Pretty crazy that godzilla goes through crazy stuff in other media, too, went up against Olympus gods, survived an artificial black hole weapon, goes through 5 layers of hell, didn't even flinch with a meteorite point blank, and went up against Marvel and DC.

“She’s so stupid”. Lady, that shockwave start from the explosion which happened on the other side of the city and the shockwave reach them in less than second. That shockwave is faster than the speed of sound. She barely has anytime to react unless she is superhuman. This is why that scene is in slow-motion.

lowkey she kind is both noriko and Koichi could have got into the alley before godzilla fired the atomic breath there was enough time also she could have gone into the alley and pulled koichi in i've seen a lot of people who say the same thing
@VyHuynh20217713 күн бұрын
@@AlexisStreams Lowkey? Yeah, as if. First of all, this is her first time seeing a giant monster blasting a nuke. How can she expect something like that to happen suddenly? Physically, it would take all of her strength to push Koichi into the alley. If she try to go with Koichi, they still not likely going to make it in time, because Koichi will slow her down because he is the one that is standing still in shock. Her dragging Koichi into the alley will like her carrying luggage that weight as much as her. REMEMBER Koichi saw Godzilla did it before. He should be the one telling her to go into the alley. This is what I consider as act of kindness. Also, it really does sound like you always have your opinion base on other people's opinion.

@@VyHuynh202177 1 you need to chill out its a movie its not real, 2 if you watched movies as long as i have you will know movie writers always portray characters as stupid 3 Those characters should have ran, it happens in other movies 4 again its fake 5 in these types of movies people are like What are you doing, MOVE,don't just stand there
@VyHuynh20217713 күн бұрын
@@AlexisStreams I'm disagreeing but that doesn't mean I'm pissed. Like I said before, that shockwave is moving faster than the speed of sound. What is the point of running when that thing will catch up to you anyway? Realistically, they both should have die because the alley should be destroyed along with the nearby buildings.
@TomMas800013 күн бұрын
Bro, I know how you feel. But... There are people in this world who really think, "If a nuke goes off, why don't we just run away?" To them, a fire is a small burn, bullets are something they can grab, and tsunami is something they can swim in. Likewise They all think it's just a cool bomb. So many reactionaries don't know about the black rain after a nuclear explosion, right?
@user-tk1hp4mt9k17 күн бұрын
"She's so stupid" is the most annoying statement I've ever heard. The girl's reaction is too bad for a cinematic masterpiece like this. I wonder if you were the character at that time, would you be fast enough to run with the guy into the alley before the shock wave reached you? or you would be THAT stupid or you would do nothing and let you both die. So annoying reaction.

She had a split second reaction/decision to make at that moment (thus the slow motion scene). I'm sure she would've still flown anyway since she was the farthest away from the wall gap. Either way as you can see, it worked out for the best.

It's possible that other victims of the blast got infected with Godzilla cells that helped them heal. But to what end? Will the survivors mutate into something else? Good reaction! Godzilla is unique because he can be anything. Some interpretations he’s a hero while other versions like Minus One treat him like a villain (a tragic one really) Please watch the Monsterverse. It’s the current shared universe of Godzilla & King Kong. So far it has 5 films and a tv show. They are Godzilla (2014), Kong Skull Island, Godzilla King of the Monsters (2019), Godzilla vs Kong, and Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. The tv show is called Monarch Legacy of Monsters. There Godzilla is portrayed differently than Minus One. ^^

@jeffreysmith7417 Seriously, I am tired of people like you, stop being a godzilla fan rather watch woke movies tied in torture chair. VERSATILITY HAS ALWAYS BEEN SIGNIFICANT PART OF THE SERIES. Its not like godzilla movies have to be always about allegory of nuclear weapons, thats what made the series survive for 70+ years and I ain't going to write more about your stupid narrow -ass mindset. The Director of Minus One, Takeshi Yamazaki himself likes the monsterverse movies and enjoys the "fun" side of godzilla. When virgins like you and others keep yapping about godzilla should be this or that, meanwhile CHAD Yamazaki and Wingard enjoy their own movies.
