• Start by warming up with a fast paced walk for 5 minutes-outside or on a treadmill.
• Then repeat the following circuit 3 times:
1) 15 Squats
2) 10 Step Ups (each leg) - choose the height of step best suited for you.
3) 10 Alternating Reverse Lunges (each leg)
4) 30 Second Hold in Boat Pose (keeping arms out straight)
