I started running about a month ago, I took up the run walk run method. I'm not new to cardio as mountain bike and circuit train. But it's definitely helped me. build those areas of the legs and hips up slowly and carefully to not get injured, I spend most of my time jogging, doing quick pacing drills at about 15-20 secs each twice a week then more of a hard day where i warm up jogging then do like a 2km hard run then cool down. Recommend anyone new to get into it, and if you already have a fitness tracker like a garmin that has beginner to 5k pre-plans.

Also I have this last little bit of body fat any suggestions? Also you should look into the biz Johnson marathon. It's pretty close to you and it counts as the Boston marathon qualifying.

What people need to keep in mind is that these guys are steroid, & performance enhanced amateur hobbyists. Mark Bell is on growth hormone & other drugs. 🙋🙏
