In this video, George, Jamie and myself travel the length of Ireland to attend a Bonsai Workshop in Cork to film for a Documentary I am making for my final piece in uni. What is Bonsai?
If you are unfamiliar with Bonsai - Bonsai is a tree in a pot, but more than that it is a miniturised representation of a large tree that can be found in the natural world - Rather than having any old tree in a pot and calling it a Bonsai - Bonsai trees have a particular aesthetic that often depicts trees that can be seen in Chinese and Japanese ancient manuals.
