That was the whole point of ui in the moro saga that he finally completed it. 2nd vegeta has been shown that if he takes too much damage he will collapse and deform. 3rd. Goku was always stronger that ultra ego in that arc as well he was able to fight gas spot on while vegeta got knocked to his knees struggling to finish him. 4th that wouldnt be possible for the ki blast stuff because back to what i said for my 2nd take, vegeta cant handle too much damage or he can die and 5th gas is seemly a ui sign level in his base and ue vegeta wasnt stronger so there you have it goku wins

Also “he takes many blows ui couldnt take” is also a false statement. Goku could have easily beaten granolah he was way more powerful its just with granolahs secret technique it knocked them both out of form the only difference is this was vegetas awakening plus he got hit in the stomach.
