My first pair too . I love my superstar in black I had to size up . I feel you can wear anything with these sneaker . Love love mines . Getting a second pair soon

HI there great review. I have to say the pure star are THE MOST comfortable of all the GG. I have the superstar too but the inside cushion of the pure star is even more cushiony.....love the look of all of them but if you can go try the pure star too;) Also I had to go up to the next size up too! Nordstrom carries the pure star and superstars. All the best! Xx Jen

I now have 5 pairs of GG. I wish I could wear them in the office (wear common projects in office). They are so good (GG) - never had sizing issues and have always been confortable. I have 3 super stars, 1 francy & 1 mid star. If I had to pick one shoe, it’d be one of my super stars. .

Thanks for this video, Claudia! I have literally been researching my first pair of GG over the past 2 weeks-so many to choose from! Look forward to hearing if you break them in well, and they are in fact comfy. I live an urban lifestyle in the city and walk 4-5 miles a day so am curious to learn if this designer brand is the one for me! Oh and I’m also a 6.5 and wasn’t sure whether to order 37 since that’s what I typically wear in Italian shoes so thanks for confirming that!

Oh and you were asking about other comfy walking shoes. I love On Running for my Cloudflow running shoes and have also purchased their regular Cloud for walking shoes. They’re the best! The Cloud X style has the best colorways for a cool look but are still running and walking shoes too. Like your white GG! Think I’m leaning toward a more metallic color like silver or gold all around since I don’t like wearing white shoes personally but the superstar style is what I’m leaning towards too!

I will definitely update everyone once I wear them for a few weeks. As of now, they are pretty stiff and not very comfortable. It’s funny but I continue to want to wear my Sperrys. Lol. I will keep you posted. Thank you for visiting. I hope to see you soon

@@user-ft5hs8tz4w hi. Yes, I would recommend going up at least 1/2 size. I usually wear a size 36.5 and ordered a 37 and they fit perfectly.

a review usually says sizing ... you never mentioned .. unless I missed it .. I did push through some talking ... but if you take regular size? I am between 9.5 and 10. Nike is 10 Adidas 9.5 I would never spend more on others

Thanks for the review Claudia. Are they more comfortable with or without the insole? My guess would be without although then the top part of the back of the sneaker may hit the ankle in an uncomfortable, even painful way. Can you tell me if they bend when you walk (with and without the insole)? You may wanna try P448 as well.

Hi Natalie. I have not worn them loose, I prefer them a little bit more snug. I have seen people wear them that way, so I’m sure it’s just as nice. I will say these are very light shoes. If you get them, I would love to hear what you think. Thanks for watching.

Hi there! I’m usually a 6.5 but I’m not really sure which size to get. Some reco to size down but others say to size up. May I know your foot length please? :)

Hi Lui. I’m a 6.5 in most sizes. I initially ordered 36.5 and 37. The 37 fit perfectly. I returned the 36.5. I hope this helps. If you buy a pair, I’d love to hear your thoughts 😊

I don’t know if the correct term is ‘worth it’. They’re the only sneakers that don’t look like orthopedic shoes on steroids. I usually try to get ‘retro’ ASICS and adidas. The last retro I bought was the Onitsuka Tiger for $120. The quality isn’t there as far as the leather. It feels like it’s some sort of bonded crap, but they are WAY more comfortable than the current line up of orthopedic marshmallows pretending to be running shoes. I love my GG, but keep in mind, they have a platform. This is what makes them more like a high heel. Your Achilles WILL need to be taken care of if you wear these a lot
