This is just amazing man. For me Doomsday was the song that hit me when I was faced with loss. I heard the song, liked it and put it on my playlist. A few months later my childhood dog of 15 years passed away. We got her when I was a year old, and I didn’t know life without her. It hit me like a train wreck. But Doomsday and Lorna Shore’s Pain Remains trilogy helped me a lot. It’s always nice to know that there’s people out there who are struggling as well, and they write it for others to have a place to go to. I'm not very well educated but I feel there's some deeper meaning in sound and lyrics but I can't always grasp it. Fortunately, thanks to the algorythm, I found your channel analysing "Flesh and the Powet it Holds". My favourite metal band and you understood it's more than some wham-bam heavy noise. Great video, but I think its worth mentioning that a lot of what sounds like synths are actually guitars. Tom was really into making synth-y type of effects using guitar pedals. There's some synth parts, but they mostly fill out the lower frequencies while Tom's guitars fill out the mid and high frequencies

AOGHAU is in my top 10 albums ever, but I can't really listen to it because its too intense, kind of like Alice In Chains' Dirt.
