Agree , it should definitely sound aggressive, you can't even hear the turbo. And I dont like the fact that my GT model doesn't have a visible dual exhaust. If you're not gonna show the exhaust and make it quiet might as well have made the gt electric

Like the styling of the Red RT with the dual exhaust, however the Base model should be going for 25k out the door & the RT top of the line should be at 35k out the door-way too much proven reliability competition at this level for Dodge to be overpricing this newcomer..

Prices most likely will be coming down as an anticipated car crash is perhaps coming sooner than later if inflation continues!

52k for a compact suv is nuts. Over 50k for a dodge is not unusual these days.

It looks like pricing will be coming down eventually due to the anticipated car crash which most likely is coming due to inflationary prices!

Ya not buying an Alfa,but even tho looks good 31000$ is max for a dodge car of that size and is missing some stuff including that sound,the r/t price is plain stupid

It looks alright, you can only make an SUV not look like a tear drop so much. What I don’t understand is why they are using Uconnect4 vs. 5.

Some of the best features on the Dodge Hornet include a 10.25″ Touchscreen with Uconnect 5 infotainment system paired with a best-in-class Harman Kardon premium sound system. The Hornet R/T PHEV also offers the Dodge brand's first electrified powertrain.

Still the Fiat 500X chassis like the renegade, hope the new interior is comfortable, the Jeep was so bad my wife bought a Datsun Rogue instead.

I think alot of that was due to Covid. You gotta remember most of these vehicles entering the market would have been in concept form way back in 20’. Now factor in supply chain/employee/inflation issues over the last 12-18 months.

A 1.3 liter engine? How soon before I find my JD Kawasaki V-Twin engine in these new vehicles? Crazy. Just because it can produce the power now does not meant it can produce it for 200,000+ miles.

The engine has been around for a few years now, and the engine design probably over 10. I’m sure there are a number of vehicles with either that are over 200k miles.

One question for Dodge or Chrysler or Fiat or Stellantis or what ever they are calling themselves this week: Have you done anything to improve build quality and reliability from your previous model year vehicles?...And if it has a turbo charger...we all remember the 2.2 litre turbocharged engines you foisted upon the uneducated masses of yore! No sale here.

Bad thing: It's a Chrysler product. Good thing: You don't have to buy one. This revamped Alfa Romeo (a brand with HORRENDOUS quality issues), will meet the same fate as the Dodge Dart and Chrysler. It's been ages since Chrysler built quality vehicles!
