Wow a beginner routine that's beginner friendly! Very easy to follow along, the pre-visuals before each stretch starts was very helpful along with the audio cues. Thank you!

I really enjoyed the 10 minutes every morning stretch and I'm happy you made another stretch morning routine. Once again the music is great, the visual is perfect and Ryo's voice makes all this routine extremely enjoyable and relaxing!

Many videos in youtube say they are for beginners and immediately starts with a pretzel pose. Honestly this is the only video I could do from start to beginning.

I do this stretch on most mornings and my favorite part is the spine stretch. I always hear my spine crack and stretch and it’s so relieving. Love it

This is a great exercise routine, but for me the hamstring stretch was difficult. I imagine in a matter of time it will become easier!

Idk how long you've been doing this, but I've been doing it for about 3 months. But as time goes on you'll see how much more you can stretch your legs. Keep up whatever you doing my g!

Thank you for another awesome workout. The stretches are a crucial part of my workout. I do your 10 m stretch every day and now i can increase this to 18m👍. Allblanc never let's me down...i always get goosebumps when a new video is out😁💪.

literally I love this video. The music, the exercises, the colours.... everything. I do workout from 20 years but I was never involved in to stretching, it was my weaknesses point. All Blanc channel changed my prospective and life forever. You inspire me day by day.

Im only 19 and feel like I have the joints and bones of a 50 year old. Always in pain and it rarely feels better (mostly my knees, shoulders and lower back). Tbh I never even considered the importance and impact of stretching especially daily. Definitely learning this and start doing it daily hopefully i get a bit better!! 😂

@hmishfiddy - These exercises WILL help loosen up your joints, and will reduce pain. (Just turn your sound off first.)

Dude thank you so much for this. I used to be a parkour instructor so this makes me feel right at home. Now I'm a first year apprentice tool and die makers so that means I work 8-12 hrs a day standing on concrete. It's been hell on my muscles, especially my hamstrings and back muscles. I love how short the routine is because I already have to wake up at 3:30 am. I was having trouble making a routine that could fit into my schedule. You seriously helped me out so much

This is a great stretching workout after doing a combination of the 4mins Allblanc tabata. I love the sweat that comes out more than I do a 40mins run.

For the past week, I’ve been running slow (zone 2) for 30min, then 10min jump rope and then finishing with this stretch (adding a couple extra exercises). Love this stretch video and the music instead of the traditional yoga/meditation kind of music for stretching

@@angusdangus9828 there are specific stretches you can do to focus on lengthening your spine, or rather decompressing it. im sure you can find some info online but the one i can suggest is just hanging on a pullup bar for a while everyday, focus on loosening your back while your hanging try to let gravity really stretch you out, if you do that for long enough youll defidently get atleast a little taller
