Pakistan is totally an unpredictable country. Property sector is a charming business but unregulated or illegal business in any sector has to flop sooner or later.

I think you are wrong here. The property boom of 2021 was mainly due to government easing up loans in the form of Naya Pakistan. That increased the demand. Right now, the demand is way lower and it doesn't seem to be increasing with easy money parking investments available due to very high interest rates.

PIA share has increased from Rs 6 per share to Rs 26 in the previous two months only. Anyone holding one million shares (Investment of Rs 6o lacs) can now expect revalue up to Rupees 2.6 crors. If PIA is taken over by any Gulf country (which is highly likely by next month), its shares will further increase. PIA has everything except good management and aircrafts, both of which are abundantly available with the gulf countries and they can make it a global competitor sooner than later. Main bidders are Qatar Airways, Emirates Airline and Saudi Airline all of which are amongst the top 10. Although Pakistani stock market is a very high risk affair but such one off opportunities should be kept under watch and should be highlighted to the fan club members in a timely manner.

Real estate will remain constant till the interest rate comes down to 15%. Then it will start growing with further reduction in interest rate. Property boom will be at 10% or less than 10% interest rate or linked with any special property amnesty or policy by the government.

hamza shehbaz ny stay order py hakomat sanbhali aur registry fees 5% sy barha kr 16% kr di, pdm ki na ehl hakomat ny 16% sy barha kr fees 21% barha di hai, is k ilawa zameen ki valuation bhi barha di hen. registry office jao ya patwari k pas to wo farigh bethy hen, property ki sale purchase khatam ho gae. revenue bhi loss men ja rha property ka karobar bhi tabah. kya faida hoa govt ko...zero. kon aisi wrong policies banaty hen.

ٹیکس بڑھانے کیلئے مندرجہ ذیل اقدامات کی شدید ضرورت ہے۔ 1۔ پاکستان ایک زرعی ملک ہے لیکن جاگیرداروں سے صرف دو ارب روپے ٹیکس جمع ہوتا ہے، جبکہ یہ ٹیکس کم از کم ایک ہزار ارب روپے بنتا ہے۔ 2۔ بڑے کاروباری گروپس ٹیکس دینے کی بجائے سبسڈی لے جاتے ہیں۔ سبسڈی ختم کریں اور بڑے کاروباری گروپس سے پورا ٹیکس لیں۔ اور قرضے معاف کرنے کا رواج ختم کریں۔ بڑے کاروباری گروپس اربوں روپے کے قرضے لے کر معاف کروا لیتے ہیں۔ 3۔ سرکاری افسران کی مراعات ختم کریں تاکہ خرچے کم ہوں۔ باقی عوام کو مزید تنگ نہ کریں کیونکہ عوام پر خصوصی طور پر مڈل کلاس ٹیکس دہندہ پر بوجھ ڈالنے کا انجام یہی ہو گا کہ یہ لوگ ملک چھوڑ کر چلے جائیں گے اور برین ڈرین پیدا ہو گا۔

In my views the property takes a cycle of 6-7 years... And we r almost at the end of bearish cycle. Interest Rates are expected to come down fm 22 pct to 16 pct during this year. Arab investments plus privatization are on the plans with IMF on board. Remittance will continue to increase. Army is doing great on investment with foreign partners. Cpec is getting momentum with arab countries plus china and in alliance with USA.. Industries from foreign investors are expected as labor is cheap in Pakistan. Food security is strong challenge for gulf countries and large amount is pouring in for agriculture and livestock. Pakistan is getting more quota from western countries for export Lets hope we play important role for the world's benefits..too.
