My heart goes out to Star, I know all too well what it feels like to be houseless and in pain. I discovered I had cancer when I was on the streets 20 years ago. My situation was compounded by mental illness and self medicating with heroin and meth. It took me almost dying July 11, 2005 to pull my head out of my butt and I've been clean and sober ever since.

Michael was born to do this , you can feel the genuine compassion he feels for the people he meets and help. The thing that sticks out for me is how he remembers almost all their names, they are more than homeless, faceless people. He is an absolute angel, and example of the kind of person we should ALL strive to be! Thank You Michael!!!

Heartbreaking seeing the woman on the side of the road. She needs meds to get her mental health symptoms under control. Probably, a short stay in the hospital is needed get her stabilised. Hard to watch.

The first woman was scared in general probably because she is alone and looks like she was also overheated which isn't surprising given the temperature. At least you were able to help cool her off and offer her some things.

Most of them are very content with this lifestyle. They pay no taxes and lots of food available and shelters too (if they don't do drugs).

God Bless you! I have a son out there, started hanging out with the wrong ppl, got into drugs. He's been missing since February of this year. Glad to see there are kind hearted ppl who help others like this and pray he's met one of them while out on the streets. Thank you for all that you do! ❤

I'm so sorry, it's such a ripple effect in the family..I don't think there's a "rock bottom" for some. I miss my sister and we're getting old..tried all my life and just had to let go for self preservation. But I still have to experience it all because I'm here for her children. Heartbreaking....truly Heartbreaking to ur core....💙🌎🤟

I’m going into the mental health field & I want to be legitimately licensed before I intervene with people but I plan to do free therapy for people who can’t afford it. I have struggled with my mental health for years & have been able to find ways to heal, but I want to say that society has no understanding of how to help people who are “tormented by demons.” We call them crazy, we shun them, but they are often hyper sensitive to the spiritual realm - and as believers there are absolutely spiritual powers & principalities of darkness all over, and even when you get on medication and go to therapy, people still need Godly intervention when it comes to this kind of torment. God does not come to fight flesh and blood but spiritual wickedness in high & low places. God can help her be free of these demons. I guarantee the trauma she has experienced past and present are how these demons are clinging to her mind. Our society is set up right now to push her even further into suffering and mental illness. There is no place for true healing for them right now. We need love, empathy, compassion and Jesus’s message to save these souls. Thank you for doing your part. Please everyone pray for her. She is fighting a battle that many can’t comprehend. Aloha ❤

@@jackwilson8051 Yes, she was in psychosis but still keeping control of herself. It takes a lot to keep demons under control, during psychosis. Poor woman. Alone in this world, but there are people like Michael who bring light in this obscured times we live in.

Imagine how difficult it would be to be homeless. Imagine what it would be like to be outdoors in all kinds of weather and to have a chronic mental illness. It's what many of the homeless populations life is like. Seemingly endless hopelessness.

When he walks up the camps I was thinking, why do they litter that much? I know that they are rejected by society but there is no reason to litter this way. Makes me sad too. Michael is doing such a great kindness ❤

@goodnessinpeople uggh....I can't even imagine being on the street with my own issues without my meds..even with my meds actually. I'd probably be on whatever I could get just to numb myself from living..I have a waterway and road behind my house and hear the pain out there..look around at what I've built and feel the painful energy...I'd definitely be talking out loud and screaming myself. I do get out and help, but never from my fence. Go out and around. Once I hired a guy to clean up the easement to my property. Paid him and made him a lunch. He said that was the best sandwich he'd ever had..dang just painful....if we all did something it could be a better world..please don't judge, you NEVER know the reason their out there..there are so so many reasons why..💙🌎🤟

Tapping the cigarette pack is from the days of unfiltered cigarettes. We'd do that to shake out any loose bits of tobacco so that you didn't get a mouthful of flakes when you inhaled. Keep being awesome Michael. Love you ❤

the only thing that really upsets me is how slobbish some of the homeless are. my children and i camped out when we were homeless, we cleaned up after ourselves. My children were not allowed to be slobs. we left our camps cleaner then we found them, we weren't in town neither where there are trash cans at ever convenient store and at the entrance of most businesses. however we always made sure every trip to town we took the trash with us. And put it in public trash cans where i filled up with gas or got food. it's just not that damn hard. I know what it's like to be where these people are it's not easy and when you have to move every week or 2 if not more makes it harder. Thanks for helping them and impress upon them to clean up daily so they aren't pushed around so much, clean camps would bring them less trouble. If is it Possible. I know you do alot and even hand out trash bags. Maybe give out something extra if their camps are clean as an incentive. just an idea.

@@causetheplumstasteyum7848 Then may i suggest you go pick up after them. because if they "can't" do that much for the places they live yet have the energy to walk around all day and go get the drugs and alcohol they need I'm sure they "can" put their trash in a bag and drop it off on their way. I've learned over the years when we lower expectation people do less less themselves. To show respect and being grateful for the few necessities in life by cleaning up for ones self isn't to much to ask. To this very day one of the things myself as well as my children and their children do is to clean up trash even when it's not our own. But unless we continue to just be ok with whatever these people do nothing will change and yes some times people need incentive and encouragement to begin to feel good about themselves It's just not to much to ask. It does sadden me to see them addicted to drugs, but no one says that to the millions of people who get prescriptions monthly from their drug dealing doctors. When they can no longer work loose their houses loose their insurance loose their cars end up on the streets and seek medications they can get hold of because they were addicted to prescriptions thanks to the big pharma drug manufactures and push thru their Dealers you know, the Doctors. Then maybe these people wouldn't be homeless. Picking up their own trash would just make them and everyone else a bit happier and the places they live prettier. I don't mind homeless people some are the nicest people you ever could hope to meet. But to except this one issue as ok then your doing them and everyone who lives in the area a huge disfavor. Besides it was only an idea, a simple suggestion.

@ stuart, yes, it is a spiritual matter, which we try and "fix" physically. But the root of it all is spiritual- it is in the spirit realm that it will have 2 be fought the most!!!

I been homeless most of my life but come on folks with the trash i had cops say because you have a clean camp we are not going to bother you .i am still out in the streets and everyone on the block has a clean camp and we been there for all most 3 yrs when everyone else gets moved we dont take a little time a clean up ..

Those two usually have a clean and organized camp. Did they say what happened to cause them to travel around? And even when you were there to give them stuff they said they couldn’t stay long and had cleaned up some. Something is not adding up. ❤

Wagons is a great idea..I was thinking about it. In Europe when we shop, we have karts sorta like the one you gave. Europeans carry their groceries in walking distance. Very important. Thank you Michael for this idea. Really needed!✌

Trash is a number one problem, on occasion there's somebody that picks up their trash but they have to live alone if they live amongst others it just turns into a trash pile

Homeless people should not be living like this the government should be helping them not ignoring them it’s disgusting. They are still humans every person that is homeless is for a reason not by chance. THEY NEED HELP BLOODY HELP THEM PERIOD

These people need so much, the good Lord 1st, then on to, therapy ( counseling) social workers, case workers, medical care, employment, place 2 stay, treatment programs, guidance, etc. We r offering nothing else and just putting a bandaid on a gushing wound so 2 speak. They have 2 want 2 reach out to get the help they need.

@@karenreynolds349 All they need is a slap in the face, grow some spine and find a teacher. Many of these "poor" people spend 100-1000$ on stolen goods daily. And you think some water or food will fix that

I hope Michael gets this fact. Baking soda is inexpensive. It can be put into any infections, made a paste into infected ears, and tooth in paper towels. I did this in severe infections. So, it does work to help the body. You can wash, brush teeth, wash hair, and anywhere with best results. You can give the baking soda out, it is cheap. It has many good to it, for stomach, and for feet that have skin troubles from walking. It is good for chronic kidney failure all you do is look online. Always consult a doctor, and I gave zero health advice.

All that trash and they wonder why they get kicked out! It's one thing to be homeless and its whole other problem to not give a damn about what others have to deal with too. I try and have sympathy but it's hard cause I have gone through homelessness myself and definitely wasn't like the majority of these people are. A lot of them just expect handouts and just don't even try to help themselves.

And then you go &give them more. They expect it frm you & don’t appreciate it. Take take. They’re young enough to work. Get a job bagging in a grocery store if they have no education. But you look for them & give it to them. Your a good hearted person, but a lot of them take advantage of you!!!
