I was going to buy a $20 4xl with an unresponsive screen from offer up. After watching your vid I was discouraged. Seems complicated compared to iphones. Thanks for posting this vid.

It is like this, you do not have to go with this much of process, if you are using a screen only replacement.But please go for that repair if you can find good original adhesive.Otherwise you might end up with more issues. Personally For DIY we suggest to buy with the frame. Easy, price is closer to screen only and durable.

I recently got a pixel 4 XL and its second hand but I am not sure if its ever repaired or the screen was ever replaced. Phone is in really good condition. the owner took real good care of it. Screen looks great. There are no scratches no nothing but how do I further assure.

it is quite hard to say.If the screen and frame quality looks good, then it might be in good condition.
