I did know about the Dewalt cases. I figured it out by accident since I stack 2 of them that barely fits in the drawer I keep them in.

Good luck with the gophers. We deal with gnawing grey squirrels that love soft wet wood on homes. They are not afraid to move in. And, they are smarter than they should be.

I’ll give you a idea for your trenching bucket that is simple for your welding neighbor and that is to make it so it has a discharge shoot to one side so as you dig or backup it will discharge the dirt to the side and not fall back in the trench

For the gophers, it may be easier to eliminate the food source. If they don't have food they'll have to move on.

Unfortunately since they eat roots, I'd have to kill all my grass.

@@BigTruckBigRV oh OK. We don't have them here but I've battled moles which eat grubs. I got rid of the grubs and no more moles.
