eriks suffering feels so relatable. when i moved to my last apartment i had to get used to a glass top stove after 10 years of using a gas stove. it took me ages and so many burned meals to get used to the different heat regulation so cooking under stress with a strict timelimit on a foreign stove is not easy

you let the looks fool u i tried making what filo made and it was actually hella good thx to the mix of flavor being the sweetness and etc, where as in comparison the other lady sandwich looked great and i wanted to eat the meat out the skillet but for flavor it was too basic and expected not to say its not good tho cuz it was, so sure the looks were off by a ton, a monstrosity but the taste was for sure there and stood out more

Fun fact: A Grilled Cheese cannot have secondary ingredients. It can consist of bread, cheese, and sauces/spices, but as soon as you add something else it becomes a melt. Add bacon, it's a bacon melt, not a bacon grilled cheese. Mushrooms? Mushroom melt. You can add a pesto sauce but adding chicken makes it a chicken melt. Gordon actually doesn't even know how to properly *define* a grilled cheese, so he will never be able to make one right.
