How many almonds to what size jar?

The amount of raw almonds in ounces is usually 1:1 for butter. So If you want 8 oz of butter, use 8 oz of almonds.

Would a Ninja blender be powerful enough?

I would pulse until it’s into smaller pieces then blend. I don’t own a Ninja, so I’m not sure 🤷🏻♀️
