Meat - 400 gr.
Onion-200 gr.
Garlic-3 cloves.
Vegetable oil -50 gr
Salt-1 tsp (10 gr.)
Coriander-0.5 tsp
Pepper mixture-1 tsp
Paprika-1 tsp
Boiled water - 500 ml.l
