Gouts been under control.. no attack since last summer.. after finding your work among others. Cherries and sticking to Keto was key

One thing I must say it definitely gets way worse before it gets better stick to the program..

Thank you so much for this. I thought this presentation was one of your best as it deals with exercise. I had thought I needed to scale back on my resistance training as it increased uric acid. Thanks to you, I have now started again.

Splendid video! Dr. Pete Immensely helpful and a lot of good advice I will implement. I got my first gout attack fifteen years ago, and the last six months gout flares more frequently. Uric Acid levels are remarkably high this despite I use low purine foods. I will talk to the doctor if Allopurinol can be of help and use Glycine supplements. I hope increasing exercise will help with my sleep issues.

Consider eliminating the drivers: hyperglycemia, added sugar, processed food and processed meat, and alcohol.
