Ingredients needed for the recipe:
2 glasses of warm water (400 ml).
4.5 cups of flour (540 g).
1 packet of yeast (10 g).
1 teaspoon of sugar (10 g).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g).
For the filling:
Feta cheese (200 g).
1 pinch of chopped parsley.
For the surface:
2 egg yolks.
1 tablespoon of milk.
Cooking time: 25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
