I watch all your videos. Thank you very much for all your effort. I have been strageling for years with the GPZ carburetor. Cleaning them every year. But in spring the same issue. Followed all advices (aditiv, fuell super, carb cleaner) I had the GPZ in several workshops. They cleaned the carb and after 3 moths again the same issues. We derust the tank, added fuel filter but no sucsess. Now, even with a clean carb, the engine runs like shi..... Starts exelent, but after some minutes it will not take full throttle. Anyway, I enjoy to see the pasion in your work :-)

Hi and thanks for watching. Maybe you don't have a carburetor problem. If the engine starts but after a while wont run, it might be a thermal problem somewhere in the electrics. A coil, the CDI, Pickups ? All prone to breaking down when hot.

@@MrLefthooker thanks for that hint. Ich checked the coils, plugs resistance (O.K.) new plugs/sparks and still having issues. 3 Years ago my CDI was damaged. Maybe it is again the issue. I wil try to find one on ebay. thx. And don't stop doing videos :-)

amazing video, thank you so much for precise identification. I don't have a GPZ, only an ER-5 which I really like, but the set up and principles are almost exactly the same, with the exception that there are only two cylinders.
